- Get plenty of sleep and take your rest times seriously.
- Choose compound exercises because they target more muscle groups.

- Drink lots of water throughout the day.
- Motivate yourself, especially on days you're not feeling it.
- Take cold showers (I'm serious about this one! At least try it before you knock it).
